Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we email your order confirmation. By placing an order you accept these terms — there is no tick box, and this page is linked at checkout and in your confirmation email.

If we cannot fulfil an order (for example a pricing error or a stock problem) we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and VAT

All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the applicable rate. The price you see on the product page, in your basket and at checkout is the price you pay — delivery is added separately and shown before you pay.

Delivery

The delivery promise shown on the product page, in your basket and at checkout is the date we commit to. Details are on the delivery & returns page.

Returns and refunds

Free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase — see delivery & returns or start one at the returns page. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act are unaffected.

Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order. Card and wallet payments are processed by our payment providers; we never see or store your card number.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — though if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also use your local courts.
