Delivery options

We show a delivery promise — a real date, not a vague range — on every product page, in your basket and at checkout. The date you see at checkout is the date we commit to.

Options and prices are shown before you pay; the standard option is free and an express option is available at the price shown. Weekends and bank holidays are handled automatically by the promise.

Returns and exchanges

Free returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase — comfortably more than the statutory 14-day cooling-off period. To start one, go to the returns page with your order number and the email address you ordered with. We offer an exchange first where you'd like one.

Once your return is received we refund the price you paid to your original payment method within 5 working days.

Your statutory rights

Nothing above limits your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — including your right to a repair, replacement or refund if something is faulty. If something arrives faulty outside the returns window, email hello@sonoras.co.uk.
